We do accept local pick ups at our facility with appointment only. Appointments can be made by emailing info@receptioncountersolutions.com

I am not liable for any charges incurred for a missed or refused delivery unless the shipment was damaged upon arrival. All charges will be paid by the customer before the item is redelivered after a refused or missed delivery.

If there are concealed damages to the product DO NOT install, assemble, or use damaged items without first contacting us first to file a shipping claim.

There is an 8hr window to process a shipping claim from the day the product was delivered. Any damages reported after the 8hr window will not be eligible for a claim or return. The shipping company will assume that the damage was done after the product was delivered. For the claims process to take place the product must be sent back in its original packaging.
