Return and Refund Policy
Each product is built to order and for this reason refunds are not excepted
There are certain situations where only partial/full refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons do due to manufacturing error.
- Damage caused by shipping.
- Dysfunctional hardware

DELIVERY IS CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY
- (NO INSIDE DELIVERY) The desk will be shipped in crate flat packed. Simple assembly is required. Instructions will be included and the only tool needed is a Philips screwdriver.
- BUYER MUST BE ABLE TO MOVE PRODUCT THEMSELVES AFTER CURBSIDE DELIVERY DROP OFF.
- BUYER MUST HAVE MEANS TO DISPOSE OF CRATING THEMSELVES.
We are not liable for any charges incurred for a missed or refused delivery. All charges will be paid by the customer before item is redelivered after a refused or missed delivery.
LOCAL PICK UP
We do accept local pick ups at our facility with appointment only. Appointments can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
If there is any damage to the crate upon arrival please refuse delivery and contact us ASAP at email@example.com
If there are concealed damages to the product DO NOT install, assemble, or use damaged items without first contacting us first to file a shipping claim.
There is an 8hr window to process a shipping claim from the day the product was delivered. Any damages reported after the 8hr window will not be eligible for a claim or return. The shipping company will assume that the damage was done after the product was delivered. For the claims prosses to take place the product must be sent back in its original packaging.
